1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ability Explorer is a communication pattern analysis tool that helps you understand your epistemic abilities—how you communicate knowledge and information. The Service offers two methods of analysis:

• Gmail Analysis: Connect your Google account to analyze patterns in your sent emails
• Text Analysis: Paste text directly into our tool for analysis

3. User Accounts and Google Sign-In

To use certain features, you may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you:

• Authorize us to access the Google account information necessary to provide the Service
• Confirm that you have the authority to grant this access
• Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Gmail Integration and Data Use

When you choose to analyze your Gmail:

• You grant us temporary, limited access to your sent emails solely for communication pattern analysis
• Your emails are processed automatically and deleted immediately after analysis
• We retain only the analysis results, not your email content
• You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

Our use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the Service.

5. Text Analysis Feature

When using the text paste feature:

• You represent that you have the right to submit the text for analysis
• You should not paste confidential information belonging to others without authorization
• Submitted text is processed for analysis and not permanently stored

6. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive emails from us related to the Service, including:

• Notifications about your analysis results
• Updates about new features and improvements
• Important service announcements and policy changes
• Information relevant to your use of Ability Explorer

We do not send promotional messages on behalf of third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to analyze communications without the consent of relevant parties where required by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Care Koo LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your analysis results are yours to use as you see fit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The analysis results will be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

The analysis provided is for informational and self-reflection purposes only and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, psychological, or employment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARE KOO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care Koo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Care Koo LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
